U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08), Chairman of the Committee on Political Affairs and Security of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly released the following statement on the attack in Vienna:

"My prayers are with those affected by the apparent terrorist attack in Vienna. As Chairman of the Committee on Security of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, I often work with counterparts in Vienna and stand in solidarity with them and the people of Austria during these extremely challenging times."
