Issue Position

I believe there is no better path to good government than a strong dose of sunshine and independent scrutiny in both how we conduct ourselves as public servants and removing the way we finance elections. Transparency is a bedrock of my campaign. I think we need a robust, neutral body to oversee Public Ethics for our elected officials and the legislative process. Let's increase voter engagement. Allow registration and no excuse absentee balloting. I believe in automatic voter registration, the ability to switch parties closer to a primary election, publicly financed elections and a strong independent redistricting commission to ensure fair representation, no gerrymandering district lines.
