The State's economic, policies have failed us. I am an advocate for "Economic Gardening" - investing state tax dollars to grow local businesses and create local jobs - rather than the State's policy of "Economic Hunting" -spending millions of dollars on out of state business.

I also believe we must protect agriculture - our state's top industry - so I advocate for our farmers and have stood staunch against legislation that will crush small family farms.
