Tim believes Buffalo and WNY deserve their fair share of state funding. He advocates for new growth and development, but understands that preserving our city's rich history and culture is paramount, which is why he called for $5 million of the Buffalo Billion funding to be used for the reuse and staff restructuring of the Central Terminal. Additionally, he helped to bring the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra to the Terminal for a full day East Side Festival in 2019, offering a free concert to thousands of WNYers.
