Better pharmaceutical prices for our community
Boldly and unrelentingly oppose Big Pharma's greed and corruption so everyone can afford their necessary medications and are ensured their most basic right to live. We can end the price-gouging of Minnesota patients, and make sure all working and retired Minnesotans can get the care they need. We will also work to end the pharmacy benefit manager kick-back structure that results in higher prescription drug costs. We must make sure these savings are passed on directly to patients in our community.

Affordable healthcare choices
Pass a MinnesotaCare buy-in option so our families can access dependable, high quality, and portable healthcare that isn't dependent on employment status. A MinnesotaCare buy-in will option will make it possible for businesses to grow and our families to have dependable and affordable healthcare access that works for them. We will protect coverage for pre-existing conditions in Minnesota, while expanding coverage for mental health services and chemical dependency treatment resources for our loved ones.

Women's and children's health
Women need access to healthcare and family planning options that suit their needs. My mother gave me up for adoption when I was born, so understand how critical it is to protect all women's right to choose what is best for themselves, and to have access to quality and affordable healthcare options. Together, we will work to improve maternal, infant, and child health in our community to ensure all children are able to live happy and healthy lives.
