Expanding training and educational opportunities
Critical investments in public education and other infrastructure that will ensure a highly skilled, well paid, and competitive workforce across the state. Businesses come to Minnesota because of our infrastructure and our well-educated workforce. By expanding on these traditions, we can continue to draw businesses from across the country to locate right here in Burnsville and Lakeville.

Economic stability for working people
Working people deserve fair pay for our work and for our investment in our communities. We will work to protect the rights of working people to organize and bargain for fair wages and benefits. I want to work with you to grow the economic prosperity of our working families in our state.

Fair taxation and business growth
A reasonable tax structure that pays for the things we need to create a well-functioning society, while also ensuring accountability and oversight over tax dollars. We have a responsibility as a state to encourage sustainable job growth without burdening working families with an unsustainable tax structure. Together, we can work to secure the economic wellbeing of every hard working person in our community, from those who have just entered the workforce, to our retired Minnesotans. We will work to eliminate the state tax on social security income, expand healthcare options for our working families and retirees, and pass measures to make financial stability possible for people who work hard and invest in our state.
