We are at cross roads where we must take rapid action in order to prevent irreparable damage to our environment and climate. I support the Green New Deal because we must reduce our reliance on fossil fuels and move toward a renewable energy economy that includes well-funded strategies for sustainable and increased opportunities for workers and small businesses.
