Issue Position

As a conservative, Jerry has always believed that state and local governments should control more and more of their destiny…not less. Our federal government has grown way beyond the original intent of our Founders and has become expensive and intrusive in many ways. Past administrations forgot about the concept of "enumerated powers' and has misused the "Commerce Clause' as an excuse to meddle in state and local affairs.
