Peter strongly supports reforming the tax code to make it work for hard working Americans rather than the top one percent of Americans.

Expand the Earned Income Tax Credit
Expand the Child Care Tax Credit
Impose a fee on Wall Street transactions to discourage casino-style speculative trading that led to the near collapse of our economy in 2008
Set aside revenue from Wall Street transaction fee for rebuilding roads and bridges, and building out high speed internet to rural areas
Close tax loophole for hedge fund managers
End corporate tax inversions
End outsourcing of American jobs
End tax deductions for corporate golden parachutes and executive compensation
