Issue Position

The United States' current outstanding debt of $26 trillion, combined with the out of control deficit spending year after year proves that congress has absolutely no self-control and cannot be trusted with the ability to take out debt. I would wholeheartedly support an amendment to the constitution revoking the federal government's permission from the people to take out debt in their name.

End Deficit Spending. Introduce an amendment to the constitution revoking the federal government's privilege of taking out debt in the Peoples' name.

Cut the Budget. Reduce the budget to a level that can be supported through taxation alone.

Reduce the Tax Burden. Support budgets that allow for lower levels of taxation, allowing American citizens to keep more of what they earn.
