Issue Position

Workers, families and small business owners are hurting. That is why I am focused on tackling the public health and economic crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is my priority to extend the additional help for unemployment, extend and expand support to help working families put food on the table, and provide continued support for small businesses. We must also provide help for state, local and tribal government workers so they can continue to offer services to our communities, and assistance to school districts to help with their decisions about reopening classrooms in the fall. We will get through this together.
