Issue Position

As a retired Naval Aviator who served for 26 years and in combat, Scott Franklin knows the risks we face every day from our enemies overseas. He will work in Congress to strengthen our national security and keep Americans safe.

Scott served 14 years on active duty and 12 years in the Navy Reserves. As a Naval Aviator, Scott flew jets from the decks of 13 aircraft carriers. He was deployed to the Mediterranean, the Persian Gulf and the North Atlantic. He participated in combat operations in the Gulf, Bosnia and Kosovo. And after 9/11, Scott was recalled to active duty with the U.S. Central Command.
