Dear Chairman Nadler and Representative Cicilline,

Today, the Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial, and Administrative Law (the "Subcommittee") is scheduled to hold the sixth hearing installment of the House Judiciary Committee's (the "Committee") once-bipartisan investigation into Big Tech. Unfortunately, neither of you have responded to the multiple calls by the Minority to elevate this important hearing to the full Committee level.

Recently, we have seen companies like Twitter and Google abuse their market power to effectively censor the voices of those they disagree with -- namely conservatives. It is vital that we restore the credibility of the Committee's investigation into Big Tech's anti-competitive and anti-free speech actions, and the only way to do that is to allow all Committee Members a seat at the table and an opportunity to question the CEOs responsible for these decisions. At the very least, those Members -- like myself -- who have been a part of this investigation from the start should be afforded the opportunity to continue participating on behalf of their constituents. Therefore, as one of four Committee members that launched the Committee's investigation into Big Tech's dominance and its role in market competition, I am formally requesting that the Subcommittee allow me to question the witnesses at today's hearing.
