Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released the following statement urging Nevadans to participate in the 2020 Census:
"The coronavirus pandemic, and its health impacts felt across our communities, underscore the importance of the 2020 Census and Nevada's participation," said Senator Rosen. "The Census determines the distribution of billions of dollars in federal funds for hospitals, schools, public services, and health-related programs for at least the next decade. It is pivotal that Nevadans take part and ensure its accuracy by getting counted. During this public health crisis, I want to make sure Nevadans know that they can participate remotely--online, over the phone, or by mail-- in a safe and easy way."
