Illinois' program to provide breast cancer screenings for low-income women has saved countless lives, but Republican Governor Bruce Rauner eliminated the program for nearly 15,000 women, putting lives in danger. I have repeatedly fought against Rauner's dangerous cuts and voted to restore critical funding for breast cancer treatment and prevention.
