Rep. Cisneros Meets with NOC Public Safety Task Force to Discuss Police Reform

Today, Representative Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. (CA-39) attended the North Orange County Public Safety Task Force's monthly meeting to discuss the police reform legislation introduced in Congress. Rep. Cisneros is a cosponsor of the Justice in Policing Act and several other police reform bills that increase police accountability and transparency.

"I want to thank the NOC Public Safety Task Force for the work they're doing on homelessness and youth in the 39th District," said Rep. Cisneros. "This morning, I was grateful to have the opportunity to discuss the current police reform bills in Congress. For our country to enact meaningful reform, we need to make sure our law enforcement officers are included in the conversation. I'm committed to listening and working with all of our community members to move our country forward.
