Desiree worked on the reauthorization of 2012 Farm Bill & understands the need to protect our family farms. Currently, our farmers are forced to participate in business and farming practices that are unsustainable.
Climate change is hurting our farmers' crops. Bad trade policies and unfair tariffs are hurting our local agricultural communities. Desiree will fight for fairer trade practices and climate protections to ensure family farms can thrive for generations.
Desiree also supports increased federal investment to address the telecommunication barriers in rural communities.
