Thom has made defending human rights across the world one of his top priorities, joining Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) as co-chair of the bipartisan Senate Human Rights Caucus. The mission of the Caucus is to defend and advocate internationally recognized human rights norms around the world and contribute to global leadership in promoting and protecting human rights.
