Under the Obama Administration, one trillion dollars' worth of new regulations were put into place. I've fought against the bureaucracy every step of the way. In order for our nation's small businesses to grow, we need to lift the burden of over-regulation and over-taxation off of them.

That also means fixing our convoluted, broken tax system. Our tax code is over 70,000 plus pages of carve-outs and exemptions that only serves corporate interests, not the little guy. That's why I worked to pass legislation to ensure we have a tax code that is simpler and fairer to Ohio families and small businesses.

The new tax law also means hardworking Ohioans keep more of their hard-earned money. Eliminating burdensome regulations and cutting taxes will ensure our economy is running at full speed.
