Congressman Joe Neguse Secures 2nd Congressional Field Hearing for Colorado

Today, Congressman Joe Neguse, who represents Colorado's 2nd Congressional District and serves as Vice Chair of the House Judiciary's Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law, announced that the Subcommittee will hold a field hearing in Colorado on January 17th. The hearing will be the fifth in a series hosted by the Subcommittee on dominant platforms and will examine the state of competition in the digital marketplace. Bipartisan members from the Subcommittee will hear from top executives of companies with concerns about the rise of market power and anticompetitive conduct online. This will be the 2nd congressional field hearing Congressman Neguse has secured in Colorado in the last six months, following the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis's field hearing in Boulder in August.
