"I also told press that this Admin has had an inadequate response to the coronavirus. The funding request was inadequate & took money from other public health emergencies. In addition, the Admin has left positions that deal with pandemics vacant at the NSC and DHS."

"Lastly, I spoke with reporters about my CODEL to Puerto Rico and how we were there to show #OurFellowAmericans that there is great concern for them in the Congress. We will continue to focus on recovery efforts and ensuring resources appropriated by Congress reach the island."
