Gov. Ricketts Hosts Scottish Highland Games Champion Dr. Chuck Kasson on "The Nebraska Way" Podcast

Today, Governor Pete Ricketts released the sixteenth episode of "The Nebraska Way" featuring Scottish Highlands Games Champion and physical therapist Dr. Chuck Kasson. During this episode, Chuck discusses his involvement in Husker athletics and competing in strongman competitions.

Chuck is a physical therapist, certified athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist in Lincoln. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and also received his degree in athletic training from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Chuck is probably better known as a Scottish Highland Games athlete, winning the U.S. Championships in 2017 and 2019 and the World Championships in 2018. He was featured in a Wall Street Journal article last September that highlighted his Highland Games career and training regimen.
