"Congress must put #StudentsFirst & reject Sec. DeVos' rewritten borrower defense rule. The House will vote this week to do just that. Soon, I will bring a similar resolution to the Senate floor. Senators will have a choice--stand with DeVos or with defrauded borrowers & taxpayers."

"Just this morning, 20 State attorneys general announced their support for overturning the DeVos rule, saying: "if this rule goes into effect, the result will be disastrous for students while providing a windfall to abusive schools." I couldn't agree more."
