Congressman David Rouzer (NC-07) today issued the following statement after Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced House Democrats would begin the drafting of impeachment articles against President Trump:

"There are no facts that even merit a case for consideration of impeachment. This is simply an attempt to remove a duly elected President that Democrat members of Congress personally despise," said Congressman Rouzer.
