"However, I do not blame Dr. Hahn--the nominee to serve as the next FDA Commissioner--for this Administration's failures to date. In all of my conversations with Dr. Hahn, he has seemed sincere in his commitment to address the youth vaping epidemic."

"I will vote to confirm Dr. Hahn as FDA Commissioner. If he works to protect our children from e-cigs & nicotine addiction, I will cheer him on. If he caves to lobbying pressure from Big Tobacco, or uses bureaucratic excuses to defend inaction, I will be his biggest critic."
