"Mr. Menashi lacks even the most basic courtroom experience. He has never argued in court, conducted a deposition, or tried a case. Instead, he's written dozens of incendiary editorials & articles where he showed a lack of judgement & judicial temperament."

"Mr. Menashi wrote that "charges of racism are typically overblown," & "gun control legislation is pointless & self-defeating because guns reduce crime." He wrote that "the animal rights crowd is by & large a contemptible bunch."

Does this sound like judicial temperament to you?"

"Mr. Menashi advised Betsy DeVos on some of the most anti-student measures the Dept. of Education has ever implemented. The legal scheme he devised to deny relief for students defrauded by for-profit colleges was a debacle, struck down in court for violating student privacy."

"Mr. Menashi's testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee was an embarrassment. He refused to answer basic questions from both Democrats and Republicans, including about his work with Stephen Miller as a White House aide."
