Mr. GIANFORTE. Madam Speaker, I rise today to recognize Perry Miller of Chinook for the Montana Congressional Veteran Commendation for his service to his country and dedication to his community. Mr. Miller served in both the U.S. Marines and the Montana Army National Guard. During his combined 12 years of service, Mr. Miller deployed overseas and received multiple commendations, including the Meritorious Service award. Following his service, Mr. Miller became active in the community. He currently serves as a Judge and the Justice of Peace for Blaine County. Outside of his work, Mr. Miller has coached youth baseball, football, and wrestling, bringing many teams to state and individual championships. Through the VFW Post 4620, he volunteers for Memorial Day and Veterans Day services. Mr. Miller is also active in his church, teaching CCD class to high schoolers. I ask my colleagues to join me today in commending Perry Miller for his dedication and service to his community.
