"6 weeks ago, @US_FDA finally announced an impending ban on e-cigarette flavors, including mint and menthol -- a move that I've called on the FDA to make for years. But there has been no action to date. Yesterday I called HHS Secretary Azar for an update."

"I appreciate Sec. Azar's commitment to this issue, but am concerned about the delay in getting these addictive, kid-friendly flavors off the market. It's past time for @US_FDA to put into effect what they announced six weeks ago -- and do what they should have done years ago."
