Wyden Applauds USTR Enforcement Action on Korean Illegal Fishing

Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Sen. Ron Wyden issued the following statement today on the US Trade Representative's action to prevent illegal Korean fishing practices.

"Illegal fishing is unfair to our fishers and destructive to our oceans," Wyden said. "I applaud USTR Lighthizer for taking enforcement action against Korea for failing to live up to its commitments to prevent illegal fishing."
