Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is currently under consideration for the Arizona Supreme Court. Congressman Biggs issued the following statement of support:

"For decades, Bill Montgomery has served our nation honorably, first in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War, and most recently as Maricopa County's chief attorney. He has a record built on integrity and adherence to the rule of law. I have confidence that, if selected, Bill Montgomery has the right judicial temperament and legal knowledge to fulfill his constitutional responsibilities nobly. I am thankful for his principled leadership and continued willingness to serve the people of Arizona."
