Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1) issued the following statement on today's tragedy in El Paso, Texas:
"What happened today in El Paso is an awful tragedy, especially for the innocent lives cut short by this sick and twisted monster. There is absolutely zero excuse whatsoever for this disgusting behavior. What the El Paso community deserves as soon as possible are answers to the many questions that are emerging from law enforcement, victims' families, media and others. All Americans look forward to more information coming to light and seeing justice carried out against this domestic terrorist."
