House Budget Committee Ranking Member Steve Womack (R-AR) issued the following statement after Senate Budget Committee Chairman Mike Enzi (R-WY) yesterday released several proposals to fix our nation's broken budget and appropriations process:

"Our budget and appropriations process is broken, and the dysfunction needs to be addressed. I commend Senator Enzi for continuing to advance solutions that will help create an effective system rooted in accountability and fiscal responsibility. The American people deserve a functioning government."
