Reps. Frank Pallone, Paul Tonko and Bobby Rush announced plans to dramatically cut carbon pollution to net-zero by 2050 today. Below is a statement from Rep. Kathy Castor, chair of the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis:
"A 100 percent clean energy economy is the central pillar for any serious climate plan and it's a goal we share. This is the kind of climate action we are working to deliver.
