"We just received a heartless response from @USCIS Acting Director Ken Cuccinelli -- the Trump Admin refuses to grant TPS to protect innocent Venezuelan civilians. Instead, the Administration will simply continue to "monitor the situation" there."

"Pres. Trump can't have it both ways. He can't warn Americans that Venezuela is too dangerous to visit, only to turn around and tell Venezuelans in the US they have to return. It's time for Congress to overrule this outrageous & inconsistent policy and designate Venezuela for TPS."
