U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) today released the following statement on the Senate passage of a $4.59 billion bipartisan supplemental package to address the humanitarian crisis at the southern border.

"The Senate just showed that we can pass bipartisan legislation to address the crisis on our southern border," said Dr. Cassidy. "Now it's time for House Democrats to join us and show they would rather have a solution than a campaign issue."
