U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) announced the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded the North Dakota Department of Health a grant for $1,820,064.

This grant award from the Centers for Disease Control and National Center for Chronic Diseases Prevention and Health Promotion will be used for diabetes, heart disease and stroke prevention programs in North Dakota.
