Rep. Chip Roy released the following statement Friday regarding House Democrats refusal to bring the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act to the floor for a vote:

"Today, I asked for a vote on the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. For the 46th time, House Democrats refused. I, along with my House Republican colleagues, will never stop fighting to save these innocent babies' lives.

As I have said many times, life is a precious gift from God and I will always fight to defend the unborn and oppose abortion in any form."
