Senator John Hoeven issued the following statement on the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.

"We stand with the people of Sri Lanka and mourn with those who lost loved ones following the horrific terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka on churches and hotels. These senseless acts of violence targeting Christians worshipping at churches on Easter Sunday, as well as hotels, are a stark reminder that we must remain vigilant in our efforts to combat terrorism."
