Today, U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), chairman of the Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management (FSO) Subcommittee for the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC), released a special Spring 2019 edition of The Waste Report entitled "Waste in Full Bloom."

With the nation reaching another Tax Day, and the debt having crossed $22 trillion this year, Dr. Paul's Waste Report once again shines a spotlight on just some of what Washington does with Americans' hard-earned money, including providing free community college for international students (a follow-up on a 2015 Report), improving understanding of Lao in Laos, building up the Moldovan television industry, and allowing the Department of Defense's 1033 military surplus program to be abused.
