Today, Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) announced Yeni Gonzalez Garcia as his guest for President Trump's State of the Union Address. Rep. Espaillat played a central role in the reunification of the Guatemalan mother who was separated from her three children at the Arizona border in May 2018.
