Davidson Praises Executive Order Aimed at Lowering Veterans' Suicide

Today, Congressman Warren Davidson (OH-08) commended President Trump's new executive order aimed at decreasing the number of veteran suicides and creating a task force of state and local groups to raise awareness of the crisis.

"At a suicide rate twice that of our civilian population, the tragedy of veterans' suicide must be addressed. Fulfilling President Lincoln's promise to care for the men and women who have "borne the battle' is one of the most important functions of our government. I am pleased that President Trump is taking action to address this epidemic."
