"The voting irregularities that have taken place in the 9th District are shocking," said Congresswoman Adams. "In light of what has been discovered there must be a new election for both the primary and the general. We cannot in good faith and conscience allow the current results to be certified. It is my hope that a new election is held in a swift manner and done so without the implementation of any new voter ID requirements."
