"Donald Trump's attempt to take money away from our military to build a costly, ineffective border wall is illegal and unconstitutional," said Congresswoman Dina Titus (NV-1). "Co-sponsoring the resolution to put an end to the fake Trump emergency was an easy decision, and I urge the Senate to follow the House in pushing back against this grotesque abuse of power. I will continue to work with my colleagues to pursue all possible legal and legislative remedies to prevent President Trump constructing this political vanity project."
