Representative Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06) announced that she has secured an assignment on the House Armed Services Committee for the 116th Congress.
"As an Air Force veteran and the daughter and granddaughter of Naval aviators, I am proud to serve on the Armed Services Committee," said Houlahan. "Military service runs in my blood and I am very appreciative to all the brave men and women who have served to defend our country and our values. We face complex threats today ranging from traditional threats to cyber threats, biological threats, and effects from climate change. I understand the importance of a strong national defense and look forward to working on the House Armed Services Committee to help address these emerging national security threats."
