Congressman Andy Harris (MD-01) made the following statement regarding recent events involving students from Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, Kentucky:

"The Covington Catholic High School students participating in the March for Life showed maturity beyond their years in the face of a quick-judging and punishing media mob. I am glad President Trump will invite them to the White House following recent events. We need to return to professional journalism, and an end to ad hominem personal attacks. I hope the media begins once again to observe and investigate a situation in its entirety before rushing to judgment."
