"President George H.W. Bush was a true American patriot, who leaves a distinguished legacy of statesmanship, kindness, and service. Tom and I join a grieving nation in mourning the loss of a life well-lived, and take solace that he is once again with his beloved Barbara. Our thoughts are with the entire Bush family during this difficult time."
