Rosen Statement Commemorating Native American Heritage Month

Today, Congresswoman Jacky Rosen (NV-03) released the following statement to commemorate Native American Heritage Month, which is observed every November. This month, Congresswoman Rosen helped introduce a House Resolution (H.Res. 1163) recognizing National Native American Heritage Month.
"During National Native American Heritage Month, we celebrate and acknowledge the important contributions of Native Americans in Nevada and across the country," said Rosen. "For generations, Native Americans have served our country in more ways than one, whether in the Armed Forces and now in the halls of Congress. I'm proud to represent such a rich and diverse state and honored to be able to celebrate the cultures and heritages of Native Americans."
