Issue Position

Baltimore must be more than the backdrop for TV crime dramas. As a prosecutor, I have fought for the victims of crime. We need to take criminals off our streets and expand access to in-patient drug treatment programs to help prevent crime before it starts. I also passed Jake's Law - a law that cracks down on drivers who get into an accident while using a handheld device to help ensure the safety of drivers and pedestrians in the State of Maryland.
