We must require that all insurance companies that sell health insurance in New York State must not discriminate against those with pre-existing conditions. We must protect New York State residents against the Trump administration dismantling of one of the Affordable Care Act's most important features.

New York State should develop a single-payer system to compete with other insurance companies to force competition and lower prices.
