It is time for New York to be a leader in combating climate change. As the Chief of Staff of the Parks Department, Charles became deeply aware of how important our environment is to us- developing a deep appreciation of nature and our connection to it. As Assemblyman, Charles vows to support and advocate for the passage of the Climate and Community Protection Act (CCPA).
